She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean E. Wallace and Odessa Thompson Wallace; her husband Louis; her sister Barbara Buell; her great grandchild Eva; and her stepbrother Terry Dunlap.
She is survived by: her children, Carmen Derek Siragusano (Tammy) of Richmond, Greg Siragusano (Lori) of Cadiz, Lisa Greathouse (Dan) of Weirton and Tracey Mazeroski (Bob) of Richmond; and her sister Janice Simpson of Cadiz. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren.
