He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale D. Knutsen, Sr. and Catherine E. Knutsen (Tierney). He is survived by: his grandchildren, Ashley Knutsen of Flushing, OH and Carly Knutsen Beck of Bethlehem, WV; and his siblings, Jase Locke, Alayna Locke, Austyn Locke, Ellie Beck and Hunter Beck. He is also survived by His daughters and grandchildren.
