We are sad to announce that on October 20, 2023, at the age of 82, Frances Ann Lucas of Richmond, Ohio, born in Steubenville, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Nurczyk and Mary Nurczyk (Zygmantowski); and her brother William "Billy" Nurczyk. She is survived by: her husband Edgar Lucas Sr.; her children, Karen McNamara (Joe) of Columbia, TN, Edgar E. Lucas Jr. (Paula) of Richmond, OH and Daniel Lucas of Richmond, OH; her brothers, Edward "Edju" Nurczyk of Steubenville, OH and John Nurczyk of Toronto, OH; her sister-in-law Vicky Nurczyk; and her grandchildren, Zachary Retzer, Nathan Lucas, Natalie Lucas, Noah Lucas and Mason Lucas.
