He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Graves and Cheryl Ann Graves (Clark); his grandfather William Graves; his aunts, Linda Graves, Debbie Clark and Debbie Turrentine; and his uncle Sonny Elennis.

He is survived by: his wife Anna Lockhart; his children, Austin Cales, Nenna Taylor, Mason Scherer and Jenna Taylor; his siblings, Edward Cole, Holly Graves, Tiffany Graves-Gonzalez (Florentino) and Steven Graves; his aunts and uncles, Nancy Elenniss, Sharon Clark, Michael Clark, Joseph Clark, Ronnie Clark and Roger Graves; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Hickman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
