Martha Jean Shutler Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Jean Shutler of Ravenna, Ohio, born in Bridgeport, Ohio, who passed away on June 29, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry B. Conway and Mabel Grace Conway (Scammel); her husband Edmund L. Shutler Sr.; and her siblings, Paul Stratton, Katherine Goodwin, Betty Abrigg, Mabel Alwine, Nancy Irwin and Pat Bosley.

She is survived by: her children, Edmund L. Shutler Jr. (Vickie) of Bridgeport and Elizabeth Bennington (Rex) of Ravenna; her grandchildren, Zac Shutler (Kara), Josh Shutler (Shay), Ben Shutler (Brooke), Dustin Bennington (Andrea) and Larissa Bennington; and her great grandchildren, Christian, Cooper, Luke, Leah, Hunter, Bentley, Lily and Isabelle. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
