He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald J. Dickerhoof and Lois L. Dickerhoof (Rebrook); and his sister Robin Dean. He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Dickerhoof (Swartz); his daughter Alison Shelley (Mike); and his grandson Silas Shelley. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews, and great- nieces and nephews.
