He was predeceased by: his father John Koltiska; his granddaughter Claire Kolt; his brother Jim Koltiska; and his mother Betty Koltiska. He is survived by: his close friends, Jeff Kolt (Nicole), Valerie and Doug Kolt (Jennie); and also, Gabby, Bree, Angelina and Olivia.
