She was predeceased by: her parents, Mack G. Spencer and Clara Spencer (Cutlip); her siblings, Edward Spencer, Gail Spencer, Earl Spencer, Mack Spencer, Jim Spencer and Edith Burrows; and her siblings-in-law, Melva Spencer and Wayman West.

She is survived by: her husband Harry A. Tusing; her daughters, Sherry L. Saltsman (Vince) and Jennifer J. Robison (Ken) of Ravenna; the father of her children Harry A. Tusing (Velma) of Fancy Gap, VA.; her brothers, Junior Spencer of Mannington, WVA and Charles Spencer (Sharon) of Farmington, WVA; her siblings-in-law, Rev. Bill Burrows and Sharon Spencer of Ravenna; her grandchildren, Kyle Robison (Kaitlyn), Ryan Saltsman (Danielle), Wesley Saltsman (Adreanna) and Paige Robison; and her great grandchildren, Remington Saltsman, Luca Robison and Quinn Saltsman.
