He was predeceased by: his parents, Cashmir Pavlick and Bernice Pavlick (Bresky); and his son George B. Pavlick. He is survived by: his wife Genny Pavlick; his daughter Jacquelyn Spencer (Edward); his grandchildren, Rachel Sanders (Christopher) and Jared Spencer; and his sister Geraldine Fedutes.
