He is survived by: his wife Janet; his son Jerry Schultz of Bainbridge; his grandchildren, Eric, Bradley and Callie; his brothers, Ed (Nancy) of Willowick, Joe (Sheila) of Chagrin Falls and Andy of Shreveport, LA.; and his sisters-in-law, Lois Hawkins, Donna Kurinsky and Dee Kurinsky. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
