She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Poling and Edna Marie Shiflett; and her brother Keith Poling. She is survived by: her children, Lee Knight (Tammy), Tabitha Heilman (Scott), Jennifer Roosa (Richard), Denver Douglas (Jennifer) and Jessica Sparrow (Steven Carp); and her siblings, Carolyn, Sandy, Polly and Peggy. She is also survived by her 16 grandchildren and her 4 great-grandchildren.
