He is survived by: his sisters, Diana Sapp Moore and LeeAnn Ferguson Jr. (William) of Ravenna; his nieces and nephews, Steven Moore (Megan), Justin Moore, Katie Smith (RJ), Natalie Phelps (Tyler) and Brian Ferguson; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Britnee (Steve), Khord, Kennedy, Matthew, Tanner, Collins and Sawyer; his former wife Bonnie Pugh (Ellen Baird); and also David Snow.
