She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Wilson and Idealia Wilson (Barksdale); her husband Nicholas; her son Lawrence J. Mendiola; and her sons-in-law, Randy Hedrick and Dan Stein.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Hedrick, Janet Mendiola, Sue Fosnight (Steven), Betty Heisler (Mike), Karen Stein and James Mendiola (Tina); her grandchildren, Shelly Mendiola, Scott Hedrick (Olga), Michael Hedrick (Melissa), Travis Thompson (Leah), Stevie Fosnight and Jason Fosnight; and also Bonnie Mendiola. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
