She was predeceased by: her son Charley. She is survived by: her former husband Andy Kostecka; her son Charles Anthony; her grandsons, Tony Charles Kostecka and Andrew Earl Kostecka; her great grandchildren, Kristen Ann Kostecka and Raylyn Kostecka; and her husband Nicholas Jubera.
