He is survived by: his wife Brenda Jenkins; his son Rickey Jenkins Jr. (Melissa) of Portsmouth; his siblings, Dan Jenkins of Portsmouth, Cathy Shultz of New Boston and Connie Hammond of Portsmouth; and his grandson Rickey Jenkins III (Bailey) of Springfield.
