He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Whitley Kelley; his children, John W. Kelley, Jr. and Caroline Miller (Rob) of Minford; his brother Dee Kelley (Judy) of Ironton; his grandchildren, Dr. Stefan Price (Danielle) of Chillicothe, Zachary Miller (Jessica) of Ft. Myers, FL, Whitley McCallister (Chris) and Sciotoville; and his great grandchildren, Brooks Miller, Waverly McCallister, Isaiah Price, Jericho McCallister and Lainey Miller.
