He is survived by: his wife Carol (Dehmel); his children, Rhonda Stewart (Keith), Lisa Mattingly (Jerry), Trina Hershberger (Spencer), William Cooper, Jr. (Sabrina), Chandra Cooper (Levi) and Amanda Cooper (Rob); and his siblings, Cheryl Landon (Bobby), Kathy Seman (David) and Mike Cooper (Linda). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
