She was predeceased by: her parents, George Ward and Mary Ward (Mowell); her husband Nicholas A. "Nick" Peto; and her siblings, Oaklee Newberry, Wayne and Gene Ward.
She is survived by: her daughter Sobra Peto of Port Clinton; and her brother G. W. Ward of Morristown, TN. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
