He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Drum and Marie Drum (Richey); and his siblings, Mary Gaither of Virginia, Betty Tomey and Tommy Cullison.
He is survived by: his wife Eithel Perry; his children, John A. Drum (Hui) of Las Vegas, Melinda Hernandez (Steve) of Woodville and Jeff Drum (Cindy) of Tiffin; his grandchildren, Jenna Augenstein (Auggie), Megan Carter (Michael), Nate Fastzkie (Amanda), Tyler Brand, Katie Reinhart (Tommy), Michael Drum, Brandon Drum (Dana) and Logan Drum; and his siblings, Esther Carlier of Owensville, OH, James Drum (Deanna) of Florida and Michelle Dawson (Jim) of South Carolina. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
