He was predeceased by: his parents, Duane Manley and Helen Manley; and his siblings, Donna Kowalski, Barbara Manley, Laura Manley and Fred Manley.
He is survived by: his wife Kimberly S. Manley of Pioneer; and his sisters, Carol Shutts (Phillip) of Radcliff and Sharon Duncan (Ronnie) of Three Rivers, Michigan.
