He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy B. Russell and Edna Marie of West Virginia; and his siblings, Rosalie Shannon (Louis), Edwin Russell (Faith), Robert Russell (Ruth) and Harold Russell.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred "Sue" Russell; his children, Kenneth Russell, Columbus, Teresa Wigginton (Mark) and Laura Honeycutt (Ron); his grandchildren, Daniel Wigginton (Theresa), Amanda Honeycutt, Katie Siegrist (Louis), Benjerman Russell and Morgan Otto (Andrew); his great grandchildren, Landon, Finn, Kinley Siegrist, Rosalie Otto, Huxley, Bowen and Callan Wigginton; and his sister Jean Reid (George). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, friends may contribute to either Hospice of Central Ohio or Peace United Methodist Church in Don's memory.
