She was predeceased by: her father Earl Blakeley; her husband William Sr.; her daughter Diane McCulloch; and her sisters, Marsha Dowdell and Earleen Layshock.
She is survived by: her son William McCulloch Jr. (Roxanna); her grandsons, Brian McCulloch (Lauren) and Matthew McCulloch (Melani); her great grandchildren, Maximus, Mylo and Landon; and her sisters, Cheryl Ann Douglas and Lynn Shutes (Paul). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Betty started one of the first clothing donation centers in Columbus, Ohio working with C.P.D. Resource Officer, Charley Barlycorn.
