He is survived by: his significant other Alice Lilly; his children, Thomas Tinney (Shiela), Tracy Eaker and Mark Tinney (Rachel); his grandchildren, Mason Tinney, Emily Misao, Madison Tinney, Shannon Helbing, Charish Gilleispie, Samantha Helbing, James Helbing and Chelsea Helbing; and his brothers, William Tinney (Kathy) and Michael Tinney (Margaret). He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
