She is survived by: her close friends, Gail and Louise; her daughter Patti Lentz (Glen); her grandchildren, Laura Lentz (Mike) and Derek Lentz (Megan); her great grandchildren, Avery and Emery Lentz; her nieces, Pam Muehlman (Mark), Davene Griffith (Mark) and Katie Bennett (Larry, family: Karen Hahn, Debbie Scott, James Zurawick); her grandson Dustin; her siblings, David Needham and Alice Howells; her siblings-in-law, Betty Needham and Bob Howells; her nephew Barry Needham; and also, Peg and Andy Bernat.
