She was predeceased by: her parents, James R. Payne and Florence H. Payne (Troike); her husband Frank Moschetti; her brother James Payne; and her close friend Olaf Starheim.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Wiseman of Green Springs, OH, Sue McLeod (Fred) of Pataskala, OH, Peggy Mulligan of Perrysburg, OH and Jean Wongrowski of Pemberville, OH; and her brothers, Rev. Norman Payne (Pat), Raymond Payne (Edith) and Allen Payne. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials take the form of contributions to: Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
