Foster of Perrysburg, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on February 1, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Foster and Aitchie France Foster of Perrysburg; and his brother Fritz. He is survived by: his brother Weber; his friend Tom Verner; his son John; his great grandchildren, Owen, Liam Reilly and Cora Gengler; and his brother Steve (Kay).
