He was predeceased by: his sister Abigail. He is survived by: his parents, Judy Wolf (Lamar) and Robert Frye (Pattie); his daughters, Abigail and Mackenzie; the mother of his children Alison Frye of Perrysburg, OH; and his siblings, Bobby Frye (Susan), Betsy McPhee (Dave), Kim Wohlgamuth, Doug Wolf (Jan), Doc Wolf (Bridget), Wendi Jay and Jason Wolf (Nichole). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
