With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn Bochaczenko of Perrysburg, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on May 1, 2022 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Duncan and Hallie Ann Duncan (Medley); her siblings, Gary, Gladys and Nancy; her parents-in-law, Edward and Rose Bochaczenko; and her brothers-in-law, Mike Bochaczenko and Bob Dittman.
She is survived by: her husband John; her sons, Jason Garner (Matthew) and Brent; her grandson Drake; and her siblings-in-law, Chris and Linda Lane.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make donations to Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Evelyn's name.
