He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bialy and Bertha Bialy (Wegrzyn); his wife Donna Bialy; his grandson James Murphy; and his siblings, Frank, Harry, Donald, Edwin, Robert, Chester Bialy, Laura Zmudzinski, Helen Noll, Dolores Flint and Stella Bialy.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Murphy (Shawn), Kimberly Simmons (Steven) and Douglas Bialy (Kelly Klingenberg); his grandchildren, Caitlin (Darrell), Andrew (Shannon), Ben (Jesse) and Anna; his great grandchildren, Cameron, Hailey (Stephen), Josiah (Alicia), Jude, Elijah, Ezekiel, Elodie, Eliot, Averie and Jahmari; and his brother Ronald Bialy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Perrysburg Alliance Church or Wood County Committee on Aging/Mobile Meals in Ed's memory.
