It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christopher James Milligan (Perrysburg, Ohio), who passed away on November 25, 2022, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father James Milligan; his stepfather Daniel Leach; his grandmothers, Ruth Parker, Vina Maxine Milligan and Dawn Leach; and his uncles, Phil, Terry and John Parker.
He is survived by: his mother Sue Mackenzie; his stepfather Warren; his brother Sean Milligan; and his cousin Tiffany Stiebens.
