It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carter Smith of Perrysburg, Ohio, who passed away on July 17, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas W. Smith Jr. and Dorothy Hordern Smith; his wife Elizabeth D. Morris (Tony); and his siblings, Thomas W. Smith III and Dorothy Donaldson.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey C. Smith (Susan) of Perrysburg, OH, Scott R. Smith (Meg) of Wenham, MA and Cynthia S. Evanisko (Michael) of Winchester, MA; his grandchildren, Courtney Humphrey (Joseph), Tyler Smith (Mo Moore), Sarah Smith (Bryan Griesemer), Libby O'Regan (Mick Kuehn), Carter B. Smith (Rebecca Kilburn), Reed Smith, Sam Crossan (Lindsay), Nelle Crossan and Sarah Crossan; and his great grandchildren, Molly, Connor, Jackson, Hudson, Lucas, Max, Gabriel and Henry.
