He is survived by: his wife Mani Kusar; his children, Javier and Emily; his parents, Richard Kusar (Donna) and Lauren Spaar (Ed Sampson); and his siblings, John Kusar (Julie), Bill Kusar (Natalie), Dan Kusar (Jessica), Elizabeth "Betsy" Johnston (Ray), Lacey Johnston and Nick Johnston. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
