He is survived by: his daughter Candace; his child-in-law Donnie Cox; his grandchildren, Vesta, Samantha, Bill, Aaron, Nikki, Montana and Dakota; his son Nicholas Samson; his grandchildren, Corey, Trisha, Becca, Jazmyne and Dixie; his brother Floyd Samson; his nephew Tony (Dorothea); and his pet Buster. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
