He was predeceased by: his parents, Toivo Kujala and Eva Kujala (Rein); and his wife Toni Jean Warner. He is survived by: his children, Duana J. Hamilton (Bill), Jared E. Kujala (Melissa) and Darian L. Kujala; his grandchildren, Autumn E. Briggs and William F. Sullivan, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Emmalynn, Cilvara, Mary and Devin; and his brother Edward Kujala (Darlene).
