Deck (Eric) of Gahanna; his grandchildren, Brielle Daniel (Tyler) of Cincinnati, Rylee McIntosh of Cincinnati, Alex McIntosh (Galina) of Pataskala, Joe McIntosh of Pataskala, Kaiden of Gahanna, Kaeson of Gahanna and Adrik Deck of Gahanna; his sister Jane Foor (Dale) of Gahanna; his sister-in-law Janell Peters (Bill); his nieces, Stephanie, Lettie and Abby; and his nephew Bill.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider a donation to a Humane Society of your choice.
