He was predeceased by: his parents, William Oscar and Jean Anne Forinash (Thornton). He is survived by: his wife Elaine Forinash (Smith); his parents-in-law, Jimmy and Gloria Smith; his children, Diedra, Kelly, Holly and Kyle; his siblings, Julie Barrett (Randy), Cynthia Thayer and Michael Hannold; his uncle Leonard Thornton; and his aunts, Janet Ruland and Mabel Thompson. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
