He was predeceased by: his wife Janice; his parents, Mary and Warner; and his brother Rodney. He is survived by: his children, Helen Oglesbee (Dan), Laura Pontau-Brown (Mike), Renee Stepanik (Dave), James Jr. (Anita), Dzia Dzia, Hannah, Haley, Izzy, Livy, Heidi, Jase, Madison and Aubrey; and his sister Joyce (Jim).
