He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Miller and Nellie Sutherland (Miller); and his wife Shirley Ramby. He is survived by: his daughter Carol Travis (Nathaniel Davenport I) of Troy; his grandchildren, Lori Travis (Dorsha Morgan) of Piqua, Freddy Travis (Jeanne Travis) of Englewood, Danny Travis (Amy Travis) of Troy, Joshua Simpson (Gary Simpson) of Vandalia, Ashley Travis of Troy and Nathaniel Davenport, II of Troy; his brother Allen Miller; and his nephews, Brandon and Doug Miller. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
