She was predeceased by: her father Sherman Miller; her son Jeff Fitzsimmons; and her siblings, Gladys Langguth and Paul Miller. She is survived by: her significant other John Fitzsimmons; her brother Dale Miller (Viola) of Rootstown; her brother-in-law Robert Fitzsimmons of Warren; her children, John Fitzsimmons (Jill) of Hartville and Cindy Fesemyer (David) of Paris; and her grandchildren, Tom Fitzsimmons, Jacob Fitzsimmons, Jonathan Fesemyer, Jessica Lerch (Anthony) and Jenna Fesemyer. She is also survived by two great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Janet to Wayland Community Church or Eastern Stars Palmy Chapter #114, Deerfield.
