He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Milnes and Betty Milnes (VanMeter). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Milnes (Heck); his children, Mike Milnes (Diane) and Carey Aquero (Eric); his grandchildren, Bethany, Samuel, Elianna, Tyler, Hannah, Joshua, Jordynn and Timothy; his brother Robert Milnes (Donna); and his father-in-law Merritt Heck.
