It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Haladyna (Painesville, Ohio), born in Fredericktown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 11, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John F. Haladyna; her mother Margaret Yanovich; her daughter Cheri Haladyna; her sister Elizabeth "Betty" Ann Rapach; and her nephew Mark Holmes.
She is survived by: her stepfather Joseph Yanovich; her children, Cindy Pruzinsky (Joe), John Haladyna, Charlene Cole (Pete), Cathy Haladyna, Joe Haladyna (Chris) and Rebecca Haladyna Campbell; her pets, Maggie Mae and Little Bit; and her brothers, Mark Holmes (Edith) and Joseph Yanovich (late Sandy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
