He is survived by: his spouse Shirley A. Spiesman (Dolce); his children, Phil Jr. (Tisha), George, Mark, John (Jeannette) and Lisa (Tim Toth); and his sisters, Ruth and Marjorie Spiesman. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren.
