He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Clark and Blanche Clark (Mastic); and his sister Geralyn Clark. He is survived by: his wife Trudi Clark (Nemeth); his daughters, Danielle Lewis (Angel), Shannon Dalton (Jon), Justine Prall (Keith) and Amanda Schwartz (Rob); and his grandchildren, Darren Dalton (Samantha), Dylan Dalton (Cheyenne), Grant Dalton, Olivia Schwartz, Mac Schwartz, Ava Schwartz, Bobby Schwartz, Mela Lewis, Sophia Lewis and Raina Lewis.
