He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Lombardo and Betty Jane Lombardo (Walters); his wife Roseann; his grandson Dante; and his brother James Lombardo.

He is survived by: his children, Michelle Juist (Phil), Angela Patrick (Robert) and Scott Lombardo; his grandchildren, Mike Lombardo, Christopher OFee, Joseph Diven, Jennifer Lilley (Austin), Lauren Juist, Hayden Juist and Scarlett Lombardo; and his sister Marie Forsythe (Roger). He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
