He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace B. and Margaret; his wife Mary Alice York; his sister Nancy Schlosser; and his brother-in-law Richard Horrigan.
He is survived by: his children, Geoffrey Stalker (Desiree), Gregory Stalker (Lisa), Cynthia Mullowney (Mark) and Mary Margaret Wheeler (Robert); his grandchildren, Allen Stalker, Robert Fishleigh, Mark, Adam Mullowney, Melissa Stalker, Kathryn Groh, Nicole Petric, Emily, Jessica and Rebecca Wheeler; his sisters, Mary Elizabeth Horrigan, Florence Ellis (Bob) and Clara Baker (Terry Gambill); and his brother-in-law Bob Schlosser. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
