He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Smith of Painesville and Crystel Smith (David) of Cuyahoga Falls; his grandchildren, Laila Smith and Tatum Smith; his brother Russell Smith of Wickliffe; his nieces, Nicole Smith and Tara Summer; his nephew Rusty Smith; his sister Karen Rodock (Steve) of Naubinway, Michigan; and his former wife Leanne Smith of Painesville.
