He is survived by: his parents, Gary Mayo (Taresa Sabin) of Kirtland and Emily Spring of Chardon; his siblings, Sarah Spring of Chardon, Gabriel Spring (Claudia) of Mentor, Austin Mayo of Camp Lejeune, NC, Christian Sabin of Painesville and Hunter Sabin; his grandparents, Bruce, Janet Swan of Chardon and Harold Mayo (Brenda) of Painesville; and his significant other Angel Chapman of Chardon.

Donations suggested to the family to assist with medical expenses.
