He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Underwood (Childrey) of Painesville; his children, Harold Michael Underwood (Debbie), Stuart Wayne Underwood (Cheryl Denise), Paul David Underwood (Lisa), Belinda Gail Cohagan (Mick) and Jacqueline Sue Brolund; and his siblings, Leon Underwood, Wanda Carioti, Betty Brookover and Paulette Bonnell. He is also survived by grandchildren; Twelve great- grandchildren.
