He was predeceased by: his father James Owen; his wife Rebecca Nesselrotte (Collins); and his brother James Michael Nesselrotte. He is survived by: his mother Frankie J. Nesselrotte (Barnette); and his children, Michael "Mike" Nesselrotte (Tracy) and Laura Nesselrotte (Shelly Staley). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
