He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jennifer, Ricky (Crystal), Robert, Christopher (Dana), Eric (Jenna), Jessica (Seth), Jacqueline, Amanda (Casey) and Dominic; his great grandchildren, Juliana, Savannah, David, Brewer, Shiloh, Gavin and Lucas; his children-in-law, Deborah and Korine Formica; and his sisters, Mary Petti, Martha Kulp and Margaret Wargo.
